20th SAMA's: Mafikizolo slam dunks the night

The duo takes over at the 20th South African Music Awards... Take a look inside the pairing that rocks the South African nation and the night for the ages!

This year at the 20th annual presentation of one of the countries most well known music award shows, many were not stumped to see Kwaito duo Mafikizolo take home some of the most coveted awards of the night. The couple walked away from the glorious night with 8 different awards in hand including "Album of the Year", "Duo or Group of the Year", "Best Pop Album", "Best Collaboration" and even awards for "Best Selling Ring-back Tone", "Best Selling Full-track Download" and "Best Selling Mobile Music Download of the Year". Their most sought after award won, however, would be that of the "Kia Record of the Year" for their top collaboration with Uhuru on "Khona" (Link Above). 

The dazzling duo consists of male Theo Kgosinkwe and female Nhianhla Nciza and the couple is now set to watch the release of their newest studio album "Six Mabone." After a tremendous showing at this years award ceremony, they are sure to cause a stir with this latest project and hope to continue to turn heads while they bring the world of "Afro-Pop" to the masses.
