Be A Part of the Movement!
Passion Conferences began in Waco, TX U.S.A in 1997 by founder Louie Giglio as a national conference for young adult individuals to grow and learn about their faith. The organization's admitted mission is "...uniting students in worship and prayer for spiritual awakening in this generation," and they have done just this now for nearly two decades. Their mission works happen not only in the conferences, but on college campuses world wide as well. Between 1997 and 2007 they had six conferences (1997, 1998, 1999, 2005, 2006, 2007) all held in the United States until they realized a next step was necessary...
In 2007 they began their first global tour which visited 17 different cities in 16 different countries across the world. Countries such as Kiev (Ukraine), Cape Town (South Africa), and Sydney (Australia) and since then, Passions has not focused simply on their home country, but rather made a push to effect the world on a global and international scale.
Throughout these conferences you can be influenced in many different ways by many different individuals. Not only the thousands of fans, but important speakers in the following such as John Piper, Francis Chan, Matt Stuart and even Lecrae.
